• Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any systems
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all parties

• Payments must be made as agreed in the project terms or invoice
• An advance payment may be required before work begins
• Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and mutual agreement
• Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services

• All deliverables remain the intellectual property of DevAutomatrix Solutions until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing
• DevAutomatrix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevAutomatrix Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption
• Damages arising from third-party tools or services

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to suspend, pause, or terminate services at our discretion if:

• These terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• The client's conduct is deemed harmful or abusive

Clients may also terminate services by providing reasonable notice, subject to payment for work completed.

We may utilise third-party platforms, tools, or services in the delivery of our work (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, automation platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policies of third-party providers.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
